Liability Waiver and Release of Claims - in consideration for participating in the VolleyCR activities.

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that volleyball is a physical sport that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to collisions, falls, and other potential injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate in the League activities, recognizing and accepting these risks.

2. Health and Fitness: I hereby confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that could prevent me from safely participating in volleyball activities. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to assess my own health and fitness before participating.

3. Release and Waiver: In consideration for being allowed to participate in the League, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge VolleyCR, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively referred to as "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether arising out of negligence or otherwise, that I may have for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of my participation in League activities.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to my participation in the League activities.

5. Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency during League activities, I authorize the League and its representatives to seek medical treatment on my behalf and at my expense, if necessary.

6. Use of Likeness: I grant permission to VolleyCR to use photographs, videos, or other likenesses of me taken during League activities for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

7. Governing Law: This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.I have read and understand this Liability Waiver and Release of Claims in its entirety. I am aware of its legal consequences and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights by signing this Waiver and acknowledge that I am doing so knowingly and voluntarily.
